1. Intent to 研究生 Application

  • Please visit the 注册商’s Office to complete this form.
  • Must be submitted by March 1, 2023.

2. 购买你的徽章

  • Visit the JayShop in the Student Center (link JayShop & 学生中心到校园地图)
  • All regalia must be ordered by March 1, 2023.

3. 邀请

  • Institutional 毕业典礼 invitations will be sent out in April.

4. Reserve your 毕业典礼 tickets

  • All undergraduate students will be 要求 to reserve tickets for their friends 和 families to attend.
  • A minimum of six tickets will be available to each student if a reservation is made.
    • More tickets may be available at a later date.
    • Seniors will receive a form to request additional tickets if made available.
  • Two tickets will be made available if no reservation is made by the deadline date.

How do I make sure my name is included in the program?

  • Students must submit their Intent to 研究生 Application by March 1, 2023, to be included in the 毕业典礼程序.

    • If all courses have not been completed by graduation, arrangements for completion must be made with the 注册商 和 Academic Dean’s office.
